Barry Dreyer - Principal
A joint owner and working principal of Fleet & Partners since 1986, Barry is a specialist in executive search and selection. Financial services, corporate roles, and hi tech manufacturing are Barry's strengths, together with remuneration packaging, human resource advice and organisational development. Previously head of personnel with Challenge Corporation and Fletcher Challenge, Barry has a Master of Public Policy from Victoria University and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon, Australia.

Barry Fitzgerald - Principal
A joint owner, Barry Fitzgerald has extensive human resources knowledge and experience, gained from over twenty years in business unit, human resources and senior management roles, mostly with Westpac. Barry is a skilful negotiator, with experience in employee relations and remuneration/job evaluation management roles. Barry has a post-graduate Diploma in Banking and is a Fellow of the Bankers Institute of New Zealand.
